Buyer Rights and Exchange Policy:

Art of Venus is 100% dedicated to customer experience and satisfaction. We mean that,  we would never leave you hanging. Simply reach out.

For consignment items, you may ask for a video of the item once you have purchased to confirm by reaching out to artofvenushouse@gmail.com

Subject line should read: VIDEO REQUEST - PURCHASED ITEM

After requesting the video for your item, should you have a change of heart on your purchase we will honor a full refund for up to a 48 hour window once video has been sent back to you. After 72 hours, exchange only.

This time window allows other potential clientele to have an opportunity to re-purchase the item sooner rather than later.

All sales are final due to the unique nature of consignment. Please review photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing. In the extremely rare case that you have a concern with your order, we encourage you to reach out within 24 hours of delivery so we can review your situation.

ALL ITEMS FOR SALE HAVE BEEN AUTHENTICATED.

We encourage you to record your unboxing to document your item's condition upon receiving...and we'd love to see it. Tag us on instagram to help build our IG feed. We'll tag you in our story!

In the rare case of having a return for an exchange, once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item and go about the exchange process. You are responsible for ensuring we receive your exchange and can not be held responsible for error or loss on behalf of USPS, FedEx, UPS or any other postal services. We recommend insuring any exchanges / returns sent to Art of Venus. These are lifelong investments after all.
